The Home of Compántas Lir

The final night of this years All-Ireland Confined Drama Festival took place over the weekend in Ballyduff, Co.Waterford. Compántas Lir picked up some silverware on the night with an impressive 2nd position overall for their production of Johnny Belinda and the group also won the Best Presentation Award. Fidelma O'Rourke won Best Supporting Actress for her portrayal of Maggie McDonald. 

There were nominations for Brid Conneely (Producer), Carmel Kenny (Stage Manager), Vincent Moran (Actor) and Ruth O'Driscoll (Actress).
